Free spirit, surfer, dancer, idealist, I coined the phrase “Tame is not sustainable”. I think the world is a better place when we find healthy ways of expressing our inner wildness. My work as a business consultant is focused on supporting social enterprises. When I’m not looking for ways to make work playful while making the world a better place, you’ll find me in the surf. Talk to me about your idea worth spreading!
My motto is: have fun, create value, change lives. As an entrepreneur and TEDxCapeTown’s curator, I find that TEDx is one of the best places to live these values. I love spreading the good work of TEDx and creating opportunities for others. When I’m not building communities, you can find me surfing, swimming, cycling or spending time in nature.
I’m from the UK but spend my time jet setting around seeing clients. When I’m not training TEDx speakers I’m coaching and creating capability in high-performance-leaders, & teams that are working with uncertainty & complexity. Never afraid of mischief, I love hanging out where the rubber hits the road and real world problems get solved. Let’s coffee…
